He developed international education market strategies generating over AUD 100 million annually. He led the Victorian Major Projects Division for the Australian State of Victoria, overseeing government investments in major infrastructure projects.

Dr. Patrick Vin brings over 26 years of experience in construction and design to Kultura Malaysia, progressing from Project Supervisor to Vice President and currently Project Director at a leading design-build firm. Renowned for his leadership and technical expertise, he has successfully managed diverse projects across government, interior design, and design-build sectors.
