National MM2H
Category-Based Requirements:
30 years old and above.
Spouse (husband/wife) ; biological children/stepchildren/adopted children below 21 years old.; parents and parents-in-law.
Must buy a high-rise property with a minimum price of RM600,000 (Minium for Silver tier is RM1 million and Platinum is RM2 million.
Required to retain property for ten years but can exchange property.

Our company Borneo Vision (MM2H) Sdn Bhd was an approved agent but is now required to meet new conditions to continue submitting new applications. This is a requirement for all the agents previously approved to handle new applications and hopefully, our registration will be completed within one or two months.
